Resume Saye Saghafi

Maryam (Shadow) Saghafi

Born in 1977 in Tehran, she was interested in painting since childhood.

She studied painting under the supervision of the great master of realism Morteza Katouzian and in 2011 began teaching painting in accordance with the principles of traditional and classical values.

She established her own painting school in 2012 under the supervision of the Ministry of Islamic Guidance.

She has held five solo exhibitions and more than ten group exhibitions in Tehran, Istanbul, Turkey, Mykonos Island, Greece, Washington, DC, United States. She has participated in the Greek Symposium and several international art fairs and auctions in Istanbul and Washington, DC.
